How to apply?




  • Non-EU students coming from a country belonging to the Campus France procedure (66 countries*) should apply directly with Campus France (and not via the online server of the University). 
  • Online application to University Grenoble Alpes with Campus France opened on October 1, 2022.
  • The closing date for applications to Campus France is set by the French embassy and may vary from one country to another.

  • All other students shall apply online to the University Grenoble Alpes.
  • The online application opened on 21 February 2023.
  • Applications are reviewed by the University committee which meets every three weeks between December and July.  Decision is sent by email the day following the meeting. 
  • The closing date for online application is 16 June 2023.

Registration fees for the 2023-2024 year at University Grenoble Alpes are about 340 euros, whatever the nationality of the student. The annual cost of a medical insurance (which is mandatory) is about 50 euros.

In accordance with French regulations, no tuition fee is charged.
